Sker House is privately owned. The Kenfig.org Local Community Group responsible for this website doesn't endorse nor encourage people to trespass on private property. There are public footpaths around the Sker House vicinity; we strongly encourage people to respect the owners privacy and to keep to the public footpaths at all times if visiting the area around Sker House itself.
